Dr. Haddad is wonderful! She was courteous, attentive and detailed when explaining things but not condescending. She made eye contact with my daughter and me. She listened to our concerns and asked questions( with a big smile). My daughter was very comfortable with her and so was I. Before we left my daughter told Dr Haddad how nice she is and we both had confidence in her. When a parent is worried about the health of their child you want to have a doctor that is reassuring not someone that acts as though it's a bother to deal with your child. Dr.Haddad is a wonderful doctor for children and their parents. Pam, Alicia and alllllllllllll of the staff was great! I wish could remember the names of the other two nurses that were in the room taking care of my baby. Everyone at the desk in the department was friendly and had a big smile when we came in and left. Amazing team in the pediatric cardiology department.
