My mother was attempting to transfer to this clinic from another due to better insurance coverage here, than her previous surgeon. After transferring her records, Dr. Tran refused to take my mother as a patient and told her she needed to stay with her current doctor at another clinic. Very unprofessional. Office staff was very friendly and nice.

I went for consultation, ultrasound veins and he came in briefly to tell me my circulation was ok but had lymphodema and told me they do treatments in first building but no explanation or papers on condition and told me lympodema clinic will contact me but after a week of no word I called and Dr. Weaver needed to send referral and they did not send it. After many phone calls, they finally called with appointment.I made contact, I called when I didn't hear from clinic, this is what has happened with 3 other physicians I see. Medicine isn't like it was before Covid, you have to call and make sure they ordered test, procedure, etc. I am encouraged to use everyone's on line charting and I am older person learning how to use them ,but they still don't follow through on the physicians end.Illness is hard enough and the stress from not following through is bad for my blood pressure, much less my new, physical problems.
