I'D RATHER FALL DEAD THAN COME HERE AGAIN! Drove from Hopkinsville to the Paducah location. I checked in at 8:43 for my scheduled 9:00 appt. After sitting for 45 mins and watching the waiting room clear out, I went to inquire about the problem. Another secretary that did NOT check me in, put me in as a NO SHOW! NO APOLOGY! Then, followed it with he will STILL see you! Then, his triage nurse came out with an attitude hollering "WALLACE!". Mind you, there was an older gentleman by the same last name earlier. So, I said, "SHANNAN?" She said, "WALLACE!" Then, I asked why you couldn't call me by name! She asked why I am being so aggressive? Mind you, I'm the only POC there! So, I turned to my daughter who is half German and said I don't understand why she did that in front of a lobby filled with older, white people? She immediately sent me to talk to LISA GILBERT. I said exactly what happened! I BECAME ANXIOUS BECAUSE SHE TRIED TO ACT LIKE I WAS THE AGGRESSOR! They would NOT see me and I have SVT AND PAC! I needed a note. She said I couldn't get one and to leave or she was calling security! I'm waiting to speak to a Patient Representative about this encounter!

One of the worst Doctor office visits ever. I get a phone call while I'm on my way to the office asking to reschedule for later the same day. No big deal, just short notice, so I obliged. I get there later fill out my paperwork however his secretary had a horrible attitude. I could tell she didn't feel well which didn't sit right with me either. Frossard's Nurse, Julie, was helpful and kind However, Frossard himself did absolutely nothing for me expect ask the exact same questions Julie had. He told me he would see me in a month and sent me on my way. But not without charging me for checking my heart rate with a stethoscope. Will not be back in a month.

Dr. Frossard took very great care of me when I was in the hospital. He's very caring and compassionate. He listens to you. Very professional and knowledgeable.

He did a procedure for my wife. The initial office visit was on time and no wait, they called us back before paper work was finished. The day of the procedure was the same way. Could not ask for a better doc!
