Dr Poston is clearly an expert in his field. But this hasn't gone to his head, as it has with so many doctors. He was very good about explaining what had happened, and what needed to be done about it and why he had chosen the course of action he took. He was very good about answering my questions, and was clearly concerned with not just my physical situation but also made sure I understood and was comfortable with what was going on, and did so without talking down to me. He is very personable both at the bedside and in his office. He is clearly dedicated to the highest ideals on the medical profession.
