It is shameful to cancel an appointment for an ill 89 yo patient 2 hours before the appointment, then refuse to allow her to still be seen when 2 staff members inform you that her grand daughter drove 5 hours to bring her that day and had to take off work to bring the patient to the cardiologist and that the patient is actively short of breath waiting to be seen. Dr. Faulkner refused to allow her to still be seen and insisted that the appointment be moved to a different day. Dr. Falkner may be a fantastic cardiologist, but he's severely lacking in the empathy department.
