Had surgery at Baptist Health today and received the best care. From the kind gentleman who checked me in and wheeled me out, to the CST's and OR staff who were so nice and helpful, my awesome nurses (Stacy, Kaley?, Anne?, Jessica-hope I got the names in my anesthesia induced state) to my great anesthesia provider and skilled surgeon Dr Ballert, I had a very smooth and pleasant experience. No one wants to have surgery, but every one of you made it as pleasant as possible and I greatly appreciate the care I received!

Great hospital to come to here in the Midwest/Middle South states. Definitely a gem! Would recommend.
ICU: Great staff, from nurses, doctors, food service, and support staff. Honestly, I don't want to ever need them again, but they would be the ones I would have on the team, if needed again. Oct 12-15 2025 room 2. Hospitalist Doc Val.... Dr Ali, this man is the top tier doctor. Paducah was lucky to receive him, may God Bless this man and his family . He genuinely saved my bestie's life.
Room 350 October 15-19 (fingers crossed) the staff on this floor has been amazing as well. Nurse Sarah, Ariel and all the support staff, bust their butts all day and night.
The labs people, the one's you want to obtain the bloodwork is Kevin, he gets the first time and least painful, and he has a wonderful personality/outlook.
Granted, these are just a few that are remembered during this stressful time, but if you weren't mentioned, you were still wonderful (because Im terrible with names and worse under duress).

After fighting nausea and vomiting for three days, I finally decided to go to Baptist Urgent Care. They weren't able to help, but immediately took me over to the ER so I could be seen. I was checked in immediately and put in a room. After discussion with the doctor, I was given some meds and IV fluids as I was severly dehydrated. EVERYONE was so nice and kind - and seemed to really care about getting me better. The fluids did help me so much! Highly recommend!

My father was in this hospital in August of 25, for 7 days, he had some scary health problems. During his stay every nurse, doctor, and staff we met were so helpful. We had all kinds of questions, and concerns it didn't even matter if we was stoped another nurse they went out of their way to help in any way they could. They did a wonderful job taking care of my dad, We felt like he was in great hands, I just want to say thank you to all the staff on the 3rd floor for taking wonderful care of my dad. I would recommend this hospital.

I have never liked this hospital, since I brought my daughter in when she was young. She passed out and I was screaming for help and no one would help. Now, today my daughter had a baby here at 1pm today, c-section, and it is almost 5pm now, not once has any dr or nurse come to let me know my daughter is OK, or let me know anything. I still haven't seen my daughter or grand baby. I would not bring my worst enemy here!
