I was under the weather the day of my appointment. The office was in the farthest back in building. I was having difficulties, two nurses grab me to ensure I wouldn't fall. When it was time to go they had a wheelchair for my use . I was pushed all the way out into parking lot right to the door of my truck. It is like that always... personal care. Always whatever I need and then some. A great bunch of people. God bless the nurses and all the help as well.
Dr. Hodskins in Hematology is so very knowledgeable and hospitable with his patients . He explains things at an appropriate level for the pt. to understand .He is respectful ,displays patience and is pleasant with me - which sends a powerful message to the pt. ' I know/ remember you and YOU matter '. This goes a long way with patients - it diminishes pt. anxiety and increases pt. comfort and confidence in their provider. Kudos to Dr. Hodskins and his staff - you're doing it right! Keep up the good work!
