Office staff was friendly and smiling. Nurse was also nice & efficient. Dr. Crouch was straightforward and clear in her discussions. I enjoyed my visit and was almost disappointed I had no need to return as my tests came out great! Highly recommend this office.
Your call center to get your appointments is terrible. They do not know what day you are open or close. They had to reschedule my appointment again because they could not read a calendar. You can hear them selling Medicare plans in the background.
The personnel in this office are very professional and caring. The Dr. is really nice and very thorough. I would highly recommend.
Check-in, testing I had done, and the people I I had the pleasure to meet all made the experience a positive one.
