TERRIBLE customer service! I have been calling since Tuesday (today is Friday) to make an appointment for my father. I have also messaged on MyChart twice. I have talked to 6 different people and are told that "a nurse will call you back". No one has called back. If you cannot accommodate the patients you have, do not take anymore on. We will be looking into other doctors at this point.
