I had an echo cardiogram and a nuclear stress test last week. I could not have hoped for better care. I wish I could acknowledge everyone by name but can not remember each name. At registration I was greeted by a friendly staff person who took care of getting me started. Mike did a superb job of explaining all facets of the test to me, in terms I clearly understood. He and James were both so very caring and considerate, making certain I was comfortable and provided me with blankets to keep me warm. Laura and Jennifer administered the stress test and again they were professional, kind and considerate. They both monitored me closely during the test and focused on my comfort as well. After the test I was to drink something with caffeine and Jennifer was kind enough to make hot tea for me. Her service was better than any coffee shop. The entire testing process was handled professionally and compassionately.
