Lexington Cardiology Consultants

I write/critique Lexington Cardiology almost 1 year after my Pulmonary Embolism (saddle embolism). Dr. Michael Jones did the emergency surgery at Baptist Health in Lexington utilizing the latest technology (EKOS) and saved my life. Obviously I'm totally thankful for him and his staff. In the last year I've met 3 other patients of Lexington Cardiology and each agree Lexington Cardiology is at the top of the ladder. Hey... but don't listen to just one patient, I would urge you to ask your trusted healthcare professionals (doctors, nurses, pharmacists, etc..) and you'll often hear Lexington Cardiology come up as "the best".

I love my cardiologist, Dr. Azhar Aslam. He and Dan Manning are both extremely knowledgeable and blunt. I appreciate their ability to easily relay things such as my personal risk factors and their recommendations. They are very patient oriented and go to great lengths to ensure my confidence and well being. Highly recommended

Dr Richmond is a cold and un caring doctor.. he looks at his patients with contempt and I left this practice very upset. very unsure of any skills he may or may not posses due to his horrid treatment of me.. and another couple who was seen moments before me as we both left in the elevator saying the same thing... I wonder what his record of fatalities is???? his lack of humanity and compassion was very very DISTURBING..

On November 7, 2012, Dr Jones saved my life by inserting 3 stents in my heart. He is an amazing Doctor and I appreciate him to the highest!

The best group of doctors I've ever worked with and they took great care of both of my parents. So thankful for Dr. Jones and all of the staff.
