Bluegrass Cardiology Consultants - Frankfort

I am writing this review not for myself but for my step-mom who was a patient of Dr.O and is now a patient of Dr Sihau. She had me make her an appointment online a few weeks ago and the appt was for 1/30/24. She got her confirmation email and the appt shows in the app they use. She got a phone call today that they need to reschedule her appt bc the doctor is full for 1/30/24. She asked them how she was able to book an appt then ...to which the girl replied "i dont know" she asked if she could still be seen before a certain date due to another dr appt and was told no. So now shes been pushed out another week. This is not the first time this has happened with her, and she has had issues with relaying messages to the MD as well. I have called up there on her behalf several times because of lack of communication. She feels the office staff treats her questions etc like its no big deal. I am the one that told her she should go to this office when she needed a cardiologist and now I'm wondering why I did when there is constant issues.

I am so impressed with the new Cardiologists. Dr. Boyechko started everything in motion. Dr Ogunbayo performed the Heart Cath. An excellent doctor. I had a 75 percent blockage and he fixed it. I am so thankful for my new doctors and look forward to not having back pain all the time and tiered with whatever I did. The hospital team. Kourtney, Susan and Whitney were awesome and made me feel comfortable. The surgical team was great team. I am so pleased with my new Cardiologists.

I feel very blessed to have Dr. Monnin and staff managing my heart recovery and maintenance of my well-being. They are always very caring and patient with my questions, and Stacy has a great (subtle) sense of humor. I feel very peaceful about the quality of my care. God bless them all. Mr. Danny Thacker is very courteous and thorough, and Tabitha is also. I am always pleased and comforted by them in my visits. My wife is also very pleased with the care she receives as a new patient.

When Dr Monnin left I was "issued/given" to another doctor. I did not choose this doctor, nor would I ever choose him after my 2 visits. Not good bedside manner, did not consider how well I knew my own body, and would not let me talk. I'm old enough that I pick my doctors based on how they take care of me and treat me, both as a patient and as a person! When Dr Monnin was practicing with this group I had great reviews for this practice, now I don't.

Courteous and knowledgeable staff. Most of the time there is very little wait. Nurses are laid back but extremely efficient .(Make you feel comfortable) and Dr. Denny is great. He knows his stuff and has saved my butt a couple times. I would recommend them to anyone or everyone.
