Update 4/30/2024, I want to Thank Robin Dr. Valayams medical assistant for helping me with a serious problem caused by my insurance company. I explained the issue to Robin over the phone. Robin took all my information and asked if she could call me back. I received a call back from Robin in under 30 minutes. She managed to straighten my problem out and then asked if I wanted her to call my pharmacy. I was shocked that she was able to completely solve my problem!
