Central Cardiology Associates - Elizabethtown

I strongly do not recommend this group. Their office has no consideration of patients' time. In addition, they do not communicate. I waited for an hour after my appointment time and told them I needed to be seen soon or would have to go. They finally brought me back, but the doc wouldn't see me. It wasn't until I called the patient advocate where I found out they wanted more records. I could have got that for them if only they actually asked me. Their practice manager, Ms. Pruitt promised me that one of their physicians would get back with me. It's been two months and no follow up. As a physician myself, I cannot tolerate other medical professionals treating patients this way.

I'll begin by saying my mother really likes Dr Mehta. However I took her for an appointment and for the last 2-3 appointments I've take her to the wait has been ridiculous. There is no reason to make someone wait 1 1/2 hours or more before they are even put in a room to wait longer fir the Dr. Seems like poor management. Do they not think people's time is worth anything? Apparently not. If I ever have to be a cardiac patient, I will find somewhere else. After all , we are paying the Drs.

Waited over an hour to see the doctor with my Mother in a wheelchair. Ridiculous! Put yourself in the patient's position and think how waiting so long could be anything but poor service. Do better or else we're going elsewhere.

So far so good. Unfortunately all of my previous doctors have died or retired. So I'll update this when I get one that can outlive me

Love Dr Holt...I was a patient of his back in 2018 and moved back to Ga in 2019...have just moved back to Ky an wouldn't want any other doc but him...seems like the wait part has changed you don't wait to see him as long as before but I didn't care he is the best in my books...thanks to his staff too they r very nice
