Review for the Imaging Department-Mammography Visited 21 August 2025 I had two scheduled visits here and it is always a pleasant experience. From registration to the actual procedure, all the staff were always helpful. Read the instructions on MyChart because it tells you which entrance to use (Entrance A if going to registration; or Entrance B by the gift shop if going directly to Imaging). There is ample free parking available, just don't park in any marked spots that don't correspond to the department you are visiting (for example, there are spots dedicated to patients visiting the rehabilitation department). Although I had to wait so that they can request my records from other facilities, I was okay. The technician kept me updated at regular intervals. They apologized profusely for having me wait, but I was in no rush. But it was reassuring that they informed me about the delays. The procedure itself was standard. The facility was clean. There was a bathroom in the mammography department and coffee was available. The dressing/undressing room was large and comfortable and had the wipes necessary for cleaning yourself if you forgot that you weren't supposed to wear deodorant (because who wants to leave home smelling unpleasant?).

Doctor was extremely rude to my 74 year old mom, because she came in scared with chest pains and high blood pressure, he told her over and over it wasn't an emergency like that mattered to me or her. But they chose to also keep us here from 10:00pm until 3:56am and we still aren't discharged. Not to mention this room is filthy and hasn't been cleaned at all. Nurses not wearing gloves to draw blood or put in IV's. It's disgusting here. Blood wasn't disposed of properly either. Just sitting in the trash. All the items in these pictures were here before we even got her sat in the bed.

We took my 7 year old to the ER after she had a fall, hitting her head, and began vomiting multiple times. The staff was super friendly, from the check in receptionist, the nurses, the lady who took her to CT, and the PA who evaluated her. Each employee was very professional, listened well, and was very thorough. The wait was very reasonable, and we felt they didn't keep us there longer than necessary. We greatly appreciated all of the staff and feel very grateful to have such a wonderful facility in our community.

This place is an absolute JOKE. I'm convinced they take the nurses and doctors that no one else will hire. Should've known better after my dad died there from borderline malpractice and ignorant security guards who restrained him with heart problems. And after they diagnosed my infant with "strep" when Hardinsburg hospital found out it was a UTI. It's okay to say you don't know if you truly don't know!!!! I took my daughter in for what I thought was gallbladder problems. She was severely dehydrated, high heart rate, low BP, vomiting-- she's never been sick especially like that. I kept telling the charge nurse (some girl with too much Botox in her lips and looked high on pain pills) not sure of her name. She couldn't answer my questions without sounding ignorant. They said she had a stomach bug-- I knew she didn't. They send in a black, shoulder length haired physician, kind of heavy set and short to smooth things over and convince me, I still wasn't. And it took her all night and me disagreeing to even have the doctor actually come in. She wasn't seen all night and I guess they were going to discharge us without even actually seeing the doctor in person. Fast forward 2 days later and after my OWN research and another doc visit elsewhere I find out my daughter has the chicken pox. I will never and I mean never go there again. I wouldn't take my dog or even their dog to that place!!! But I will say the nurse Brittany is absolutely AMAZING. She did anything and everything she could for my daughter. (This was night shift on a Sunday)

I had 2 IVs ,a sliced neck from a thyroidectomy and isthumectomy with a drain hanging from neck and I'm a fall risk due to Multiple Sclerosis. I was on pain medication sleeping heavy and I have kidney disease so I have issues feeling the urge to urinate until it hits heavy. So I pushed nurse button cuz I couldn't go run to bathroom without help ECT.I'm doing the wiggle dance that's how bad I got to go.I come from the healthcare field so I'm more understanding that they have other patients yanno. She FINALLY gets there I'm on my way to bathroom with my IVs hooked and all I didn't care. I wasn't going to urinate on myself because she was taking her sweet time. So she gets me back to bed next thing I know I hear her talking about me to nurses outside saying don't rush me! shouldn't lay there holding urine so long! I pushed that button so fast. She ( Morgan)comes in said yes ? I said is there something you want to say to me? She said no all I said was I took you to bathroom (which was a lie the conversation was so loud it was like she was in the room) I said you know us patients can hear y'all out there right? You must have never been a patient before but I have many times and I've worked in the healthcare field many times so u need to watch what you say about patients. You don't know what they have been through and are going through. Then I got the nurse and I told her what happened(she probably already knew)and got me another aide....I had a roommate too she was talking about how wrong she was. The aide was on 5th floor her name was Morgan. My dignity was already gone having her help me to the bathroom with my room mate looking while my butt is showing and door to room wide open. Didn't provide for privacy AT ALL. My dignity was non existent hearing her talk about me urinating in the hallway to other people with her smart mouth. I have chronic kidney disease I can't control it wish I could. People like her are in the wrong field. Everyone else was great thank you for your care it was greatly appreciated.
