I came in only for a refill of my blood pressure and diabetes medications. I had no symptoms, but the doctor said I needed an ECG and an echocardiogram, and mentioned he could be my family doctor. Immediately afterward, I was told I also needed a stress test and had to schedule another appointment which meant another bill. The experience felt unnecessary and left me feeling that the focus was more on generating charges than on my actual care.
Very rude wouldn't listen he definitely doesn't act like a doctor I told him him what I need my gastroenterologist said my heart stop during colonoscopy he is by far the worst doctor please don't waste your time I wish I read these reviews before going plus he to old be a doctor has no experience in the heart area
15 April went to appointment with Dr Arce for possible A-fib that was discovered during pre op examination. Appointment was made by the hospital. When I arrived at the receptionist window I presented my VA identification as the form of insurance. The receptionist stated I did not have authorization from the VA. I told her that I had spoke with the VA and they said the office would bill them. The receptionist said they could not do that because the VA will not pay. I will be going to the VA for my A-fib. So the moral of this story is, the doctors office is more concerned with $$ than providing care to the patient. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone for care!!
One of the worst doctors I have ever been to. Spent 10 minutes with me and told me that I need to increase my seizure meds, when I told him I do not take that type of meds he discovered that he was reading someone else files. He did a stress test afterwards he stated that I would be fine to have my hart surgery the problem was I was not having hart surgery and once again he discovered he had the wrong chart. I filed a complaint with the VA and hope that no one else is forced to go to him in the future
Extremely friendly and helpful staff! Dr. Arse is thorough and helps explain what he is doing and seeing with tests. I am Active Duty military and appreciate civilian physicians who show care and compassion for their patients.
