Nice and clean entrance. Plenty of room to move patients in and out. Clients seem to enjoy going there. The entrance is completely wheelchair accessible. Front doors open automatically and there's plenty of room at the front for a wheelchair accessible vehicle to pick you up and drop you off. There's consistently no trash in the front, so they do a great job maintaining the grounds
The wife and I met with Dr Sinno and some of his staff everyone was very polite and helpful, expect his appointment taker , my wife asked a simple question and she talked to her like a child, it was very unprofessional and very rude. Thanks have a frrrt
I went for an echocardiogram today and had the pleasure of seeing Tim. In what could have been an uncomfortable test as a female patient, he was super respectful, made sure I was comfortable, was very precise with the ultrasound procedure and explained next steps for me to take thoroughly. Thanks for creating a good healthcare experience, Tim!
The receptionist at this location on the 2nd floor. Need to learn to keep political conversations amongst themselves! It was uncomfortable to listen to them discussing that a bomb should be dropped on the White House and harm should be done to the President. I really hope someone from the administration has a discussion with them about this! It was offensive to me because I have family that lives and work near the White House!
They keep emailing me bills. I'm not a patient there. I'm not even an American citizen, I haven't left Canada in over 10 years. STOP EMAILING ME.
