Well I don't know what everyone is talking about Because my appointment today was awesome.Doctor Waheed spent time with me, and I talked with him and if you don't ask questions, then, of course, he's not going to answer any questions, you have to tell him what's going on in order for him to be able to understand your situation and then he will explain it verbatim. He answered all of my questions that I asked. He even sit down and took the time to get on the computer in his office and go over my files. Doctors do have busy lives, and if you want questions answered then you have to ask.

He doesn't help you! And if you have any concerns about your health and want to ask questions or ask for a test to be done, you might as well throw those thoughts out the window! He doesn't let you speak just tells you what he wants to hear and tries to get you out as quickly as possible! Clearly doesn't care about his patients, do not go to him! Waste of time!

When I moved to BG, I originally saw Dr. Singh. He was wonderful and treated me as a doctor should! When he left, my care was transferred to Dr. Waheed! Absolutely worst possible occurrence! He has a pleasant bedside manner if you can keep him in the room. Not even 5 minutes? Seriously...after waiting forever in the lobby then forever in the exam room and I don't even get enough time to ask questions or anything! Right in, right out! Poor medical treatment to the point I'm petrified I'll either stroke out or have a massive heart attack if I don't move my care to another physician. I wouldn't have gotten the care I did there if it wasn't for Crystal, especially!!! She's a true gem! So I'll be calling when they open to begin the process of requesting my records and having them sent to the new physician!

So each time I have been there for appointments, I saw the actual doctor for no more than 30 seconds...yet they charged my insurance company both times for an extended visit- $234.86! My second appointment was them making me come in for him to come in the room for 30 seconds and say my stress test results were all normal, that was it...I'm confused as to why this was considered an extended visit. This also could have been handled on the phone ...seems to me like they are just trying to hit the insurance companies up for as much money as they can. Puts a bad taste in my mouth about it all. He wanted me to come back for a 6 month recheck even tho everything was normal...I canceled the appointment because I knew they would just charge me with an extended visit again for him to just come in the room and ask me how I'm doing.

I had been seeing Cardiologist Dr. Sighn for several years. When I kept my appointment in Sept 2022 I was told he had left town but Dr Waheed would see me! He seemed in a rush but we talked a few minutes, he said he would refill my meds and see me in 6 months! But in March, 2 days before my appointment his receptionist called to reschedule me for July saying he was out of town and didnt know when he was coming back. Now it is July & I get a call again to reshedule my appointment to November saying he is still out of town! I dont want an Online doctor, I want an actual doctor I can see & talk to every 6 months or sooner if need be! Also, the last time I saw Dr. Sihgn he talked about scheduling a Stress Test at my next appointment, which at this point I dont know when that will be!! I am now looking for a Cardiologist that actually has been in practice in Bowling Green for a number of years!! Not one that up & leaves without notice!!
