Love the Allen Clinic! From the ladies at the front desk to the crew staff in the back, everyone is top-not. Dr. Allen is truly the best--so cool and down-to-earth. he's a phenomenal doctor who is both highly skilled and very approachable.

Met with Amanda Moore this morning. Never ask anything of me about my condition or how I was feeling. Just stated at her computer and ordered labs. I get better service at a convenience store. Love my Dr by not this women.

If you see them for an appointment for symptoms you are having, if they decide to run labs you will get a call from a staff member saying "your labs are normal" (if they are "normal" by the labs definition) and then you will just never hear from them again to address the symptoms you are having. I had labs run for my hormones back in June, a girl called me saying my labs were normal and specifically said "your testosterone is normal" and even put that in a note on the app for our telephone conversation. I never saw testosterone results posted on the app, so two months later I called to ask what the results actually were ....they never even tested my testosterone, yet they told me it was normal. That's scary, how many people are they telling "lab results are normal" and they never even ran all the labs?! So I requested that be tested...it came back at a low level, but not according to the lab, the lab claims a woman can have a testosterone as low as 2 and that is normal??!! It's for sure not optimal (I have friends and family who are on HRT and their T was higher than mine when their doctors told them they needed to be on HRT. When I addressed this with the girl, I was told that Freda said "diet and lifestyle changes should help". They don't even know my diet and lifestyle, I eat a clean diet, watch my calories and have an extremely active lifestyle. I would not recommend them to anyone you actually care about. If they aren't educated in hormones they should have just said so and referred me to someone with the knowledge to help. Luckily, I have an endocrinologist that is taking this seriously and I will get the help I need. Beyond disappointed in this office.

Being fairly new to the area, after much consideration, my husband and I booked our needed appointments here...so glad we did! The treatment we received from Freda was excellent! She was very thorough, attentive, friendly and did not make us feel rushed at all. To be honest, it's the best treatment received thus far by any medical professional. Nurse Haley's sunny disposition also did not go unnoticed, as well as my husband's nurse, the welcoming ladies at the front desk and the lady who took our blood - she is fantastic! So yes, clearly, I recommend and look forward to bringing our daughter here as well.

The African American lady on the reception is really rude, at least she treated me rudely. As I informed her that my insurance changed, she said "AGAIN!?" It's my responsibility to inform her. And my insurance hasn't changed since 2 years. I recently changed my job and went on my husband's medical insurance. So I don't know what her problem is, but I know for sure that she's unprofessional and needs to change her attitude. It's non of her business when and if I change my insurance. If she doesn't like her job, she should look for a new job that suits her attitude towards people better.
