The appointment wait time to see Dr. Kshatriya may be 45 minutes to an hour, but she is worth it! She is very thorough and detailed. My daughter suffered with undiognosed severe syncope for years, dismissed by her primary care doctor at the time and other specialists, but Kshatriya diagnosed her on the spot, confirmed by heart tests. She is now our go to family heart doctor. Forever grateful!

My fiance sees Dr Kshatriya. If you have the extra time to be on hold for OVER 30 minutes MINIMUM to try and schedule an appointment and like a Dr that withholds your heart medications because you work full-time and don't have the time to be on hold for 30+ minutes (50+ minutes for today's call posted screenshots) to schedule your appointment so you can get refills on your HEART MEDICATIONS then this office/Dr is for you!! The ONLY reason why I actually waited 50+ minutes is my fiance NEEDS his heart medications including his nitroglycerin and the pharmacy sent a request to the Dr office 3 days ago and got NO RESPONSE from the office or Dr!! I'm SO THANKFUL that my cardiologist office answers calls in a reasonable amount of time like less than 5 minutes, gives excellent care, their compassionate and their office runs smoothly unlike the circus this place runs!! They're so unorganized and rude!! I get SO SICK OF THE EXCUSE "we're short staffed"... DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT THEN LIKE... Oh I don't know... HIRE PEOPLE!! It's sad that the individuals/schedulers that answer the phone likely get yelled at from the people that have been on hold for 50+ minutes, especially since it's not their fault!! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS AND UNACCEPTABLE!! SHAME ON YOU!! Posted because people have the right to know!!

Super thorough and detailed. Excellent physician. Happy with all aspects from bedside manner and explanation to work-up and management. Would recommend highly.
