The insurance/billing department is infuriating. I've requested a pre-authorization approximately 2 months prior to my son's appointment and never heard back. I've left multiple messages leading up to the appointment for a cost estimate, never got any quotes. Regardless of my high deductible plan, I'd like to know my portion to be financially prepared. Even getting his annual exam scheduled was a hassle. Very disappointed and will inform our pediatrician to refer elsewhere.
