It was good once I had an appointment. No "new" patient paperwork has been sent. Also communication was not good regarding who I was supposed to see. I knew I was to see Dr Kabra since I'm in a research group, but was told that I was to see his nurse to sign papers and to come in anytime. A few phone calls between the research coordinator in Overland Park and me, we had it straightened out.
The staff here is wonderful! Each and every one starting at the reception desk and ending with the scheduling staff is professional, helpful, & friendly! They treat you like you are family here. I will continue to choose this clinic for my medical needs and to highly recommend them to anyone in need of excellent medical care.
Dr. Darden is an excellent Doctor. He is well educated in his profession and takes personal care in the treatment of his patients. And everyone working at that very fine facility thinks a lot of him. I am very happy that I am under his care
