Very unhappy with most recent appointment. Two employees told me they were not feeling well, including the doctor, in a small exam room with me. The woman who checked me in told me she had been coughing up mucus that morning. I had waited in the exam room almost an hour with no one checking in or letting me know what the hold up was. Then when doctor arrived he apologized but said traffic was bad and he hadn't been feeling well. No way to leave feedback for the clinic. Most places send me a survey about my experience almost before I'm out of the office. This place doesn't seem to care, can't even leave feedback or contact them on their webpage. Also can't speak to a real person if you call. Also always feel like the doctor is in a rush, I have to stop him as he's going out the door to ask questions. Looking for other options.

I've been seeing Dr. Beard for about 2-3 years, and unfortunately my experience has been consistently frustrating. Every time I go into the office, he is running late, but my most recent visit was the worst he was over an hour behind for my appointment.
After the long wait, he then told me for the first time that I needed a procedure, something that had never been mentioned in the years I've been seeing him. I tried to ask questions because this was new and scary information, but the whole conversation felt rushed, almost like he was trying to make up for being so behind schedule.
I left the appointment feeling stressed, unheard, and unsure about what to do next. I really wish there had been better communication and more respect for my time.

Not a patient here but I have a relative who works in the food delivery industry and this company thinks it's acceptable to order $400+ worth of food and only tip $20, sometimes even less than that. Staff (women) have nasty attitudes, which I guess matches their tipping behavior so that's to be expected.
Do better!!

I had a positive experience at this facility. Some of the individuals who were very nice and kind are Neka, Heather, and many others who I don't know by their names. Dr. Farhoud is very nice and answers questions and explains any tests needed.

Hi, I just wanted to briefly explain what happened during my recent call to your facility. I spoke with someone at the front desk and asked if she could pull up my information, which she did. I confirmed that I'm scheduled for August 4th at 2:30 PM and asked if that appointment would include both the echo and CT scan. She told me those had been ordered.
I then asked if there was any possibility of being seen earlier, and if I could call back in case there were any cancellations. She asked, "Why?" and I explained that I've been having ongoing shortness of breath and chest pains, and I'm just trying to get answers sooner if possible. She then told me she wasn't a nurse and couldn't diagnose me, which I completely understand, but I wasn't asking for a diagnosis. I was simply asking if I could check in for an earlier slot, should one open up.
The tone of the conversation became dismissive. She said, "Don't expect what you want from me," which came off as rude and uncalled for. I remained calm and respectful the entire time, I wasn't demanding anything, just asking a simple question with the hope of being seen sooner due to my symptoms.
Ultimately, I said we could go ahead and have a nurse call me back, which brings us to now. I just wanted to make sure my concerns were heard, and hopefully we can move forward from here with care and understanding.
