From the Receptionist to Medical Assistant, Nurse,and Dr Boxberger. Everyone are pleasant, kind and professional. I deeply appreciate Dr. Boxberger taking time to listen to me. He includes me on his plan going forward for treatment for my condition. My former cardiologist didn't take time to listen to me. So I came here for a second opinion. I've always taken my kids to my appointments with me especially my 4 year old autistic child for the past 2 years. My last appointment my 3 kids and 1 waited for over an hour for Boxberger to come into the room. When he finally came in I was telling him the problems I was having then my sons handed me their snacks to open. Boxberger unplugged his laptop while I was still talking to him said that he has other patients to see and my kids are causing too much mayhem got up and walked out. There's been times during my appointments where my son eloped and I'd have to chase after him mid appointment and there was never an issue. But when my kids asked me to open fruit snacks he had a problem.
I am very impressed with Rachel Crosby. She is very engaged with her patients and very knowledgeable. She explained everything thoroughly and answered my questions. She took the time to contact me at home and gave me a report and really listened to what I had to say. I find this all rare nowadays and would definitely recommend her to anyone
My late husband was first to see Dr Boxberger Then after he passed and it was suggested I see a cardiologist, I immediately thought of him . All in all, I know it's been thirty plus years. So that should tell you how I feel about my appreciation of Dr Greg Boxberger. Plus he's from Russell!
