Ascension Medical Group Via Christi on St. Teresa

This review is for the overpaid management staff that makes decisions at Via Christi St. Teresa who decided to install the ridiculous " Labcorp" express checkin kiosk. No previous notice that this was happening, no previous conversations that it might happen. Talk about open communication. None !!!! Plus you have to provide a drivers license to get started, need all your cards so they can be scanned, etc. more invasive and more risk than the TSA at the airports. Was able to checkin after about 3.5 minutes of entering the info only to find out that the info was already in the system. Unbelievable.

Stacey changed the filters in our hearing aids and explained our next visit will be a recheck of our hearing in the sound booth. Stacey helped get my husband's left hearing aid replaced when it stopped working. We are very pleased with this service.

Received excellent service. Waiting time was minimal, and Dr. Bliss was a good listener. Both Dr. and nurse appreciated the health data I had been tracking on my own, and included it in my patient file.

I had a follow up appointment with my Dr, that he requested, to go over my lab results and discuss medication options. Since this was at his request, and I was just there 2 weeks ago, I don't understand why I had to pay another $30 copay.

Very efficient desk staff on check in. Almost always on schedule with seeing the medical staff. Love Paula Brown PA. She is caring and knowledgeable. Lab is the only reason I gave 4 stars. They are slow, and the waits are tedious. Maybe they are understaffed or their routines are too time consuming. But something needs to change at the lab.
