From the time I walked in until I walked out, it was a very relaxing and comforting experience. The desk clerk was very polite and friendly and the young lady that assisted me throughout my imaging was awesome. This facility has great staffing and I look forward to visiting this place again. Really good customer service and care is shown to the patients by their staff.
It was ok I'm neutral i wish some doctors would take more time in being more welcoming and making patient feel more comfortable in getting treatment and wanting to know what they are concerned about then making patients feel like they are just another dollar or just another case some don't even realize how hard it is to feel comfortable in being seen when you feel things going on in your body. Just wish for better courtesy at times, and that's for anybody in the medical field. I know the job can be challenging and rough and sad, but just a little smile, more compassion could go a long way when visiting a hospital, being tested, or just getting seen period.
The staff at Ascension Mammogram Department at Murdock were exceptional! I was very worried that the imaging might hurt or even damage my newly placed pacemaker/defibrillator. The technician listened to my concerns, was very reassuring, and very gentle the entire time. As a result, my experience was not painful and did not affect my pacemaker/defibrillator at all. The pretty pink pumpkin holiday decor and pink sugar cookies all added to an already great experience. Thank you!
Great experience. Check in was quick and efficient. Hardly any wait at all. Staff was very friendly. Facility was clean and quiet. Technician was nice and easy to work with. Will definitely use this location for my annual checks.
The staff is very professional and compassionate. I appreciate the efficiency. My only problem is the complete lack of building design to address the needs of patients like me who use walkers and other aides to walk. It is very hard to open doors to get into the facility, the bathroom, etc.
