I was impressed with the friendly, professional and timely attention I received from all the staff. The woman who did my testing was very accommodating. She explained everything to me and was patient with me. The receptionist's were helpful and accommodating in acknowledging I was waiting between testing and appointment with Doctor. The Doctor was Great! He explained everything, took time to make sure I had no questions and I in no way felt rushed. 10/10 for entire staff!!!!

The Doctor and Staff were very informative teaching me the reason and importance of following the instructions and taking the medicine as prescribed. DR Abu Samara always makes me feel confident in his care.

Wonderful staff from check-in to check out! Check-in staff was friendly. First time patient with Dr. Saad. The PA and doctor were very thorough and made me feel heard. I look forward to my next visit. Check out staff worked diligently on scheduling test as close together so I did not have to make multiple trips back and forth to clinic.

I had an echocardiogram. Brenda was great. She was professional, yet kind, friendly and very patient. My body does not move well. She was reassuring and did not rush me. She went out of her way to to check on a procedure I am having next month. It was a pleasant time.

I've been with Ascension for 3 yrs now. Pleased with everyone from my PCP, to specialists, to places they refer me to. I like that my records and visits automatically link so new Doctors already have a history by the time they see me. My appointments have been quick yet I don't feel rushed. My questions get answers and I leave feeling like a patient and not just a paycheck. The facility is also usually very tidy and clean. Checking in is never a problem. They have an in-house lab, that sends results to your specific doctor. What more convenience could you want?
