Ascension Medical Group from the front desk to those attending to my care are kind, efficient and sincerely concerned for my well being, I don't ever feel like just a number. I came in early because I had another appointment after this one and I was surprised I was called back before my assigned time, they didn't just make me wait ~ I know it could have just been the flow of the day, but I appreciated everyone who saw me this day! Dr. Andrea McCarty I can't say enough about. She attends to me as if I were her mother, always wanting the best for my health. I appreciate her always! Dr. Nickel has always put patients first and is truly dedicated to top notch care. She's much better than my previous doctor and I recommend her to anyone seeking a new doctor.

The people who work there are very nice and helpful. I was very disappointed when I had to wait for 45 minutes to see my doctor. I don't mind waiting a little bit but 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment is too much.

I always look forward to Dr. visits with Dr. Terri Nickel at Via Christi Reflexion Ridge. The facility is very efficiently managed and Dr. Nickel is the BEST DOCTOR I HAVE EVER HAD. Dr. Nickel is very friendly, thorough, and gives me a sheet with the scores of all tests she ran. This helps me to know what the numbers mean and she grades me so I know what to focus on. I feel like I am more in charge of my health and I have incentives to follow up on my exercises.
