Dr. el Kharbotley always shakes my hand, which I appreciate. He explained to me about the importance of going on a certain med. I agreed, and he promptly had the med filled at my Dillon's pharmacy, so I was able to pick it up after my appointment. Also, his nurse was pleasant and efficient taking my vital signs, and the dr. Came in soon after.
I've waited 5 years to get another first appointment with a cardiologist to have to reschedule, due to the fact y'all have an issue retrieving my records from my primary care physician. They said that they would not make a referral without getting the info from Oklahoma so why am I, as an autistic with Adhd, having to have this conversation over and over. It's like repeating myself and repeating myself. It's been 5 years. I do not remember all the info from my Dr in Oklahoma but I remember coming here on heart medication and having at least 2 visits per year with my cardiologist due to these issues. I'm concerned that this state is highly lacking in communication. Call my primary and get the info vs just being accusational in assuming I'm just skipping out on appointments and not trying to get you to get your ish together before I come in.
Everyone was nice and made sure I was ok. Dr. Ali actually really listened to me. I could ask all the questions I wanted and he well informed me about my care.
I love my doctor I have had him for years and no matter what my condition he always says anything wrong do you need anything and my response is always no I feel so good that sometimes is scary to feel this way but without him I don't know what I would where I would be thank you so much Dr for all you do love you
Dr Elkarbotly is kind, thorough, and easy to talk too!! The nurse, med tech and staff at the front are ALWAYS ready to help and you never feel like you are wasting their time!! They are a pleasure to interact with.
