Very nice Doctor and staff but the wait-time is seriously frustrating every time we come here. Usually a check up will have us stuck here for 3 hours on average sometimes longer. When our actual visit only takes about 30 minutes. Terrible waiting times.

Dr. Mo is a wonderful doctor and has helped my child for the last 8 years. Dr. Mo found heart issues that other doctors were unable to find. He is very up-to-date on new information, and looks closely at concerns that we may have. I gave 4 stars due to wait time and friendliness of staff. Unfortunately when we go for a check up, we know it will be at the least 2+ hours, with most of that just waiting to see the doctor. This has been normal throughout the whole time we have been a patient, and one thing I would change if I could. With staff only working with children I would hope they would be more child friendly or welcoming, and there have been a few, but most seem uninterested in us. I understand it gets busy, but my child and I are already fearful with concerns, and having that extra friendly nurse helps so much. If you're okay with those issues however, Dr. Mo is a patient and kind doctor that will take great care of your child. I Do think it is worth giving him a chance. He has helped us so much, and we are thankful!

This place says it is a kids heart center. Like they have a kid friendly place. Well besides not having a single thing to keep kids entertained besides 1 TV. Not a small play area with blocks or cheap toys. Just dirty hardwood wood floors throughout. Next on to the rooms. They are pretty nice if you don't mind cleaning up after the person before you. First room still had the Dirty linens on the examining table so I cleaned that up because the fact that they were left didn't seem to bother anyone. Also went ahead and used the disinfectant wipes that are left out for patients to clean there own room before using. I wish there was a sign instructing patients to clean up after their selves before leaving because the amount of dirt that came off the exam table made me want to throw up. Second room was just as bad with some one else's disinfectant wipes laying on the floor but they must have used them on their self because once again the dirt that I removed from the exam table was also almost brown from the lack of cleanliness. If i had to say something positive the only nice thing i would say is atleast they gave me a solid 2.5 hrs in each of the 2 rooms we were put in to do a thorough. I wish I would have thought to take pictures. I love how all the responses from this clinic say the exact same thing. " We are so sorry you had this expensive, We pride ourselves in the excellent care and the prompt service of our patients. Hahahahehehe. Not funny actually. This man is here in wichita to make a quick buck in a market where there isn't another Dr. specific for the young kids hearts. And what a shifty thing to do making parents worry to death over unnecessary testing.

Dr. Mo is very professional and kind. We took our daughter to him when a heart murmur was found at her 18-month check-up. Due to my heart defect we were extra cautious. Dr. Mo did the testing and documented a couple of slight issues but had us come back yearly for a couple years. The problem was that each time we came back the nurse staff would constantly tell me about how many children have a small hole and it's nothing to worry about, which made me question why we were being asked to come back. Eventually we stopped taking her for any check-ups there. Fast forward 10 years and now I have another daughter with a heart murmur at 18 months. This time, however, she is confirmed to have ASD and will need corrective surgery. We have had to wait 2-3.5 hours at each appointment while trying to entertain a toddler. When I ask why it's taking so long I get nothing. I've worked for doctors who overbook themselves and that seems to be the case here. We will be taking our daughter somewhere else for ongoing care. In addition to the long appointments we were told that she'd only need one more echo prior to surgery but we are being asked to bring her in monthly for check-ups through phone, email and text messages. That is beyond necessary for what she has. It seems more like a money play than anything that's required for her care. Update: We took our daughter with ASD for a second opinion and it was nothing like Dr. MO's analysis. No surgery needed and they didn't ask us to keep coming back every year (even recommended waiting 5 years).

"Dr. Mo" is fantastic at what he does, I do not mean for this to detract from his clinical acumen or bedside manner in any way. I will never return to this clinic or refer family or friends there. The appointment times have run behind for each of the 3 visits we have had there. After them reaching out to us to confirm our appointment time at 1:30 and arriving at 1:20 with no other patients in the waiting room we are checked in at 1:45. Staff then take height and weight, an EKG and update history. Then. We wait. Until 3:15. Staff comes in to ask "are you ok if we move to the echo room now". We are of course, but I ask to talk to the office manager to see why we had been left in an exam room for an hour. None ever appears. Dr. Mo then gets the echo done and we leave at 3:30. Unfortunately, it is not worth returning to this clinic where the staff communicate so poorly you wonder if you've been forgotten... this is on top of last time being billed for an EKG from our last visit that had never been done. The machine was down that day. But they sent us the charge anyway. I like Dr. Mo personally but cannot spend so many hours waiting with no explanation as to what is going on or on the phone with insurance correcting billing mishaps.
