Absolutely my favorite hospital. My dad has been receiving cancer care at Saint Luke's for 6 years, and he has surpassed all life expectancy thanks to their excellent care and God. I cannot say enough good things about how caring the staff and doctors are. My dad has so many people there who genuinely care for him. While this has been such a difficult journey, they have made this time in our lives a little brighter through their expertise, compassion, and support. Thank you to everyone at Saint Luke's for everything you do.

I have not utilized the Emergency Department, so I cannot review that.
However, I give their ENT, Radiology, Admitting Staff, Information Desk, and even the Finance Department 5 stars. The facilities are so clean! The hospitality amongst the staff is unbelievably amazing. Check in has been smooth both times , no suprise paper work after I have filled out paperwork online.
The Goppart Location nearby is also amazing as well.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I came in for thyroid surgery this week, and every single person throughout the process was helpful, considerate, patient, and put me at ease.
My surgical team (Dr. Thompson, Sarah, James) was exceptional, explained every step, and answered all my questions. Nurses (Jodi, Rebecca) were attentive, super personable, and took great care of me.
I came in so nervous for my procedure, and I left feeling so well taken care of. So thankful I was sent here!

Please think twice before choosing this hospital. Don't just take my word for it--look at the other reviews. There's a consistent issue, and unfortunately, I experienced it firsthand.
Adrienne Lewis, who works at the front desk, should not be the first person patients and families encounter. Her behavior was rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. She was yelling, rolling her eyes, and using aggressive hand gestures--all while I was simply trying to ask a question. It was so inappropriate that another person in the lobby commented on it.
If you've had a similar encounter with Ms. Lewis, I strongly encourage you to report it. This kind of conduct should not be tolerated, especially in a healthcare environment where people are already under stress. Adrienne Lewis does not represent the values or professionalism that Saint Luke's should stand for, and I will continue to speak up--not just for myself, but for all Johnson County residents who deserve better.

At the ER for severe abdominal pain, waiting close to 2 hrs but no one cares getting the patient admitted, all they say is we do not have a bed/ room. A multi speciality hospital with not enough ER beds/ rooms is pathetic in a prime location like OP.
Update: we took a step and visited Menorah ER which is few blocks away and they admitted within minutes and then Dr's took good care there, underwent a surgery in next few hours. Everything was perfect @Menorah right from admission to discharge the next evening.
