Update: I contacted patient advocate as directed in the reply below. I was told patient advocates cannot help office visits, only office managers can do that. Sounds like a the reply is just an automated message which is also not helpful. Absolutely not happy I wasted money on a visit here only for all my concerns to be completely dismissed and just to be told that my Primary care, the emergency department and both my blood pressure monitors were using the wrong cuff size and that I need to invest in a specific brand of blood pressure monitor. They couldn't even get my current medications or primary complaint right on the after care summary. Waste of time and money.
