Rajendran Sabapathy, MD

I have been seen by Dr. Sabapathy for 7 or 8 years now. He has always been polite, professional and most importantly to me, he always listens to what I have to say regarding my current health situation. I have experienced doctors in the past, who have not been interested in what I was explaining to them. That was very upsetting to me. Dr. Sabapathy has never been that way. He is very decisive and explains his treatment ideas plainly and clearly. He is a courteous and professional man. His staff also demonstrates these same qualities. My appointment times are almost always kept. Any delays have been very minimal. I am glad to have him as one of my physicians!

I felt the visit was rushed. I left not fully understanding what my options were. The doctor's hand was on the door knob to leave in just a few moments of sitting down with me. Would have liked to have had his full attention and a thorough explanation of my condition and a careful delineation of options and what they entailed .

Pleasant check-in. No waiting. Abby & Angela were quick, easy to talk with to prepare my visit with the doctor. Dr. Sabapathy asked that testing be scheduled and would see me after results to proceed. I feel comfortable and confident with all persons during this first visit.

We love our doctor. He is excellent in his field, but the office staff does a poor job at communicating and answering the phones, The Pharmacy had called twice and faxed an order in twice and after 3 weeks still no response. I called 3 time and on hold for over 6 minutes each time then it automatically hangs up. Not sure what to do but the doctor needs to be informed of the poor performance of those who are supposed to answer the phone.

I had a great experience at Dr Sabapathy's office. Kate, his nurse practitioner took time to find out my health issues and go over all my history and really listened. Dr Sabapathy was helpful and wanted to know if I'd gotten all my questions answered and told me of more tests required. I'll look forward to another visit at his office.
