This score is for Dr. Boutros, because he's a great doctor, who cares about his patients, and takes great care of us.
However, my review of the Statland Media Group is quite different. If I were to review their organization and staffing, I would only give them one star. For their lack of management. Apparently they have outsourced their phone systems, so when we call we never get a live person to speak to. For example, we need a prescription refill for blood pressure medication, we call and leave a message, and in the old days they would call your pharmacy and issue the refill. But now we leave multiple messages, and no action. So you either have to go to their office to make the request, or call the front desk/ Scheduleing to get a live person to help you reach the clinical staff. So in essence, corporate medicine is demolishing the quality of healthcare. And it's becoming worse. I've been catching more and more mistakes by their clinical staff, because the management are not hiring qualified people. So if I were to grade statland medical group, it would be an F.
