Our apointment was at 1230. we waited 2hrs and the receptionist said it was ok because a lawrence dr. made the apointment. This is not acceptable! its never ok to be 2hrs late. No matter what the reason and when i asked she said i know its been an hour. But we had to make the apt for you. So it could be even longer... !!!! what,we have to wait until the dr is in the right mood? we have to suffer because another dr made the apt? and my uncle is getting an evaluation to schedule open heart surgery! this is the doctor that will have my uncle's life in his hands! shameful. and the attitude! her attitude was "so?" like it was perfectly ok to make us wait this long because they were forced to make the appointment by another doctor.Im so furious!!!!!! if i could rate them -50000000000000 stars i would!!!!!
