I just want to thank Dr. Ashley Mann and the CCU team for treating and caring for my father after his double bypass surgery. Ashley and the team of nurses did an excellent job communicating with our family throughout the surgery and the days after during his CCU care. We really appreciate it. Thank you!

Had another great experience that began w Carla at the check in counter. Carla and the other ladies there this morning are a tremendous asset for your dept. Carla took all of my new insurance and helped me deal w the process. Much thanks to Olathe Cardiology Group for having great physicians, nurses and staff!

I can finally share my experience with this inexcusably awful practice. I have had the unfortunate experience of being "treated" by Dr Garikapati. I had a sudden cardiac arrest at age 35. Spent a week in the ICU waiting for Dr G to put in the ICD I was told I needed. The first time I met him was literally as I was being wheeled into the operating room. At which point he told me we should wait for an MRI because of arrhythmias I had been having that entire week. I don't think he'd glanced at my case until he was bedside in the OR. The next several months were filled with unreturned phone calls, months long waits for him to even send in testing orders, refusal to call me back with test results, and a general, total lack of caring. He told me not to "do anything to raise my heart rate" and then ignored me as a patient. Months later they do a holter monitor and decide they can do an ablation but that I don't need anytime done for my mitral regurgitation. At this point I didn't trust them, so I went up to Mayo Clinic for a second option. There, I was treated with compassion, understanding, and received a thorough work up that led to an actual diagnosis. It turns out my mitral regurgitation was severe, and needed to be fixed NOW. I was already experience heart enlargement. Dr Garikapati would have let me die, plain and simple. Whatever you do, DO NOT use this practice. I cannot describe the anger I feel after being treated the way I was and medically neglected to this point. It's shameful.

I have had Dr Yarlagooda as my cardiologist. He has been absolutely wonderful. He takes his time in my appointment, explains carefully and fully, answers any and all questions I have. Highly recommend!

When i called after hours, the on call cardiologist's receptionist (I guess that's her job title), Betty, was extremely rude an unprofessional. I did not expect to have such an awful encounter. Extremely disappointed in their lack of professionalism with patients. Betty would fit in great at the DMV, maybe she should work there.
