I am happy the my regular doctor referred me to this practice, after I told of the issues related to another practice. It is a nice facility and easy to access off of College. Dr. Correa was very kind and checked frequently to see if I was in any pain. I did not experience any pain during my procedure. I was carefully wrapped up when it was done by his assistant Molly. She and I even visited about our cats during the procedure!

After receiving a CT scan results showing I needed a consult with the vascular surgeon I called them. They got me right in very quickly, the very next day. Their staff answering phones was very friendly and returned my calls in a very quick fashion. Dr. Correa, was great just to listen and then inform me on details of the issue answering any questions I had. Also, make an appointment quickly to help relieve pain symptoms that I'm having. Have not had the procedure yet, but will update after. I just overall was very impressed with the communication And tenderness to my needs.

I got an appointment right away to be seen quickly. Staff were friendly, knowledgable, skilled, efficient, and compassionate. Bethany promptly ran a couple of tests. NP Sarah met with me, ordered the tests, and then provided me with immediate feedback and guidance for my healthcare needs.Thank you KCVI for promptly helping me in my healthcare journey.

I am still a little shook up about how disrespectful the nurse practitioner was to me during my visit and after in the lobby, During the visit she was visibly annoyed and I could tell she just get it over with, she also didn't explain anything and when she wrote my leg compression socks she didn't explain anything about that either, I asked if I could go outside and make a phone call to insurance about if I needed to do compression socks or not, she said yes...and then when I returned I was told "can you just sit down" by the front desk and then my nurse practitioner came out with a printed off sheet from bcbs and in an aggressive and an annoyed tone of voice told me that I had get the compression socks, I just said okay and left and canceled my next visit. It turned a good day bad and left me feeling down all day. She really made me feel bad and I have already been going through a hard time, I think that they all owe me an apology, especially Sarah, that was a tough one for me because I drive 35 minutes from home because I saw all the GOOD reviews.

TOP NOTCH SERVICE!!! If I could give them ALL the stars in the world, instead of just 5 I'd DEFINITELY do so in a heartbeat. From the time the scheduling crew answers, through any procedures, to finishing up and walking out the door, every person you come in contact with are very heartfelt, patient, understanding, and pleasant. ALLLLL and ANY medical facilities need to take lessons from here. By the time you leave, you know a thorough job has been completed. Your able to leave with exceptional confidence that a TOP NOTCH TEAM took care of you, and doing so with the highest form of pride. I thank them with the deepest part of my heart and am HONORED to say, "They'll ALWAYS be my vascular team. As long as I need one".
