I've been waiting days now to get an appointment because they're waiting on the nurse to tell them if I need an ultrasound. How many nurses do you have? Just one or something? I think I have a seriously irregular heart rhythm and you guys aren't making the appointment setting very easy for me. I will be contacting other cardiovascular clinics in the morning because this is just ridiculous.

I have had 2 telehealth appointments scheduled by KU Cardiology with Dr. Buechler. I canceled this apt last week and have continued to get reminders for the appointment, and to log into the portal to be prepared I just got a call from a person telling me that Buechler doesn't do telehealth They charge $6000.00 for $600.00 echocardiograms $550.00 for an office visit I do need to find better healthcare, I fear that these incredible lapses in processes could or already do trickle down to the actual practice of cardiac care

The one time I made it in. Everything went well. They were polite. And efficient. However I recently missed an app due to my error. I had dates mixed up. I've been calling for a month to reschedule but I only get voice-mail. With no return call. I can't answer the phone at work and I start work hours before they open and work 30 minutes after they close. So it would be nice if the appointment person could answer my call

I am giving it 3 stars because the rudeness I encountered from the valet employees. I drive the transportation van for the facility that I work for. On September 27th at 0930 I arrived with a resident that resides in the facility. Since I am not familiar with this establishment and the parking areas,I asked them where was a good place to park the facility van. I was very rudely told " oversized parking, you have to go around." Now keep in mind I am not familiar with this area. Not one of them offered to tell me directions to over sized parking. They just pointed off in a direction and laughed. So needless to say I had to drive around for 30 minutes looking for a place to park an oversized van. The nurses and doctors were polite and understanding why we were 5 minutes late.
