I was very impressed with quickness i got in and the professionalism of the nurses but kind enough to relax me. I really liked Dr Kristy Jones as my new doctor, as she explained everything to where i understood everything. At 76 my mind is slipping and words can scare me . But she mad me feel safe and i really like and trust her. She didnt rush my appt. Give them 5 stars..

I don't even know where to begin when it comes to expressing my gratitude for **HaysMed DeBakey Heart Institute**. For three long months, I was completely bedridden because of severe heart palpitations. I couldn't walk, barely slept, and felt like my life had come to a complete stop. It was one of the darkest and most frightening times I've ever faced. They treated me not just as a patient, but as a person worth fighting for. From the moment they arrived, I felt hope again. They monitored every beat, explained everything with kindness and patience, and worked together to create a plan that fit my situation exactly. The nurses and doctors showed a level of care and understanding that went far beyond medicine -- they gave me encouragement when I had none left. Slowly, through their dedication and persistence, I started improving. I remember the day I stood up and took my first steps again -- something I thought I might never do. They were right there beside me, cheering me on like family. Because of HaysMed DeBakey Heart Institute, I'm walking again, living again, and able to look forward to tomorrow. They didn't just heal my heart -- they helped me reclaim my life. To anyone who's struggling or losing hope: know that there are people out there like this team who will go above and beyond for you. I'll never forget what they did for me. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.

With Dr. Janif my experience is ALWAYS ***AWESOME***. I wish ALL doctors were as good, as friendly and as nice as Dr. Janif. Checking out to leave, the last lady. The one whose desk is right by the exit door, she was awesome, nice, friendly, cheerful, happy and very pleasant. The lady before her, there was one desk/cubicle separating these two ladies, but the one 3 cubicles inside the exit door, was very sharp, crass and even rude. I hurried in past her, to the exit. EVERYONE else there, the two nurses or whatever they were, that took my vitals signs etc in the exam room before Dr. Janif came in were also perfect. Frirndly, cheerful, fun, polite, professional etc. Only that one was not and I said a quick silent prayer for her. Heck, we all have a bad day occasionally. Overall I give that visit a rating of 999.750 out of 1000. Dr. Janif and his crew are some of my favs. The community is Very Blessed having HaysMed and the doctors and their staff that we have!!!

This was my first patient interaction with a Cardiologist and with HaysMed DeBakey Heart Institute. I was dreading the appointment pending life altering news. Due to our travel distance, we arrived about 15 minutes early. There was little waiting time before we were taken to the exam room(early). The staff was very personable and professional. The amount of time waiting for the MD was almost nil. He introduced himself and the appointment and subsequent diagnosis was better than I could have hoped for. He listened to us and presented facts in an understandable manner. Dr Haneke made certain all our questions were answered. We were blown away with how easy the whole process was. I feel very blessed to have found a Cardiologist that makes me feel comfortable and confident with his abilities. The lady that checked us out was extremely pleasant and enjoyable to work with.

Was called back EARLY for my appointment. The nurse practitioner was great. She listened to my concerns and was quick to get back to me with a follow up plan after consulting with a cardiologist. Would totally recommend.
