After several years and several doctors, i tried Dr. Fletcher. The FIRST appointment, i told him i felt like something was wrong, and he took me seriously. He listened. He cared. And he did everything he could to help. Two things he said during that appointment: "No matter what it takes, we are going to work together to figure this out. I don't want to treat your symptoms. We're going to find and treat the root cause." "Patients will usually tell you what's wrong. You just have to listen. " Not going to lie. I cried *happy tears* in his office because that was the first day I've ever felt like a doctor genuinely heard me, saw me, and cared. It was The first day i felt like i was finally going to get help. I've had two appointments and he's already figured out what's wrong when other doctors ignored my concerns for years. Dr. Fletcher is the best doctor anyone could possibly ask for, the nurses here are amazing, and i will never go to another doctors office again.

My husband told me about this chair at Essential Health and Wellness in Derby, KS. I, just like many other moms out there, had struggled with little pee bursts when sneezing or jumping or running for workouts. He said this machine is supposed to simulate around 20,000 kegels in 20 minutes of sitting on a pulsating chair. I figured why not and tried it. After 8 sessions of sitting in this chair for 20 minutes, I am no longer having any issues with that! I highly recommend this to any mom who experienced the same issues I did! It has done wonders for me! AND... side benefit in the sexual department too!

I think this is one of my "5 star" reviews. I feel fortunate to have our path of finding a new primary care physician end up Essential Health Wellness & Charlie Flecter. I felt a little off at the end of July and on August 6th while cleaning out the garage I felt a heavy chest and game inside for a blood pressure test. I called the office and was told to just come in right away. At 10:15 I was in Charlie's office and having running an EKG test run and at 11:00 I was admitted into Wesley Woodlawn Hospital to get reviewed by Dr Mark Bowels for a heart catheterization scheduled @ 4:30. Everything is fine now with medication changed and follow-up with both of these fine dedicated health care professionals. Both my wife and I am very pleased with our experience with Essential Health and Wellness staff.

My first visit was today (1/15/25), I was totally surprised for their hospitality. The visit with Charlie made an excellent impression. I highly recommend ESSENTIAL HEALTH & WELLNESS.

This is by far the best group of medical professionals I've come across since my move to Wichita 5 years ago. Charlie Fletcher and his staff are all very kind, compassionate, personable, and professional. I actually look forward to my monthly visits! I never have a problem getting an appointment and the wait times in-office are usually very brief.
