Very dissatisfied vist this place as we were scammed out of our money. A ECG was to be done. Asked the cost they said $5950 to do it and have the doctor interpret. Paid the $5950 did the test then waited about 30mins for the doctor to visit the room. The doctor came and then a man followed. When it was time to go to the front desk for the follow up appointment we were then told that the man that entered the room is the Chief Cordiologist and because he entered it is an extra cost of $21,000 that needs to be paid. This is dishonesty and we are still wondering what was his reason for being im the room as all would have been fine with just the female doctor. I would not recommend this place. So my rating for here is zero.

Clean environment, friendly staff and a comfortable waiting area, with nice soft classical music being played in the background. Good enough parking space also available and it is wheelchair friendly from the driveway to entering the building.

A family member went to get a test done here - a referral from a cardiologist. Nobody explained the options available. She spent less than 2 minutes on the treadmill (should normally last an hour - I was told) before they stopped it to say she was unable to continue; then recommended that she sees one of their cardiologist. No report was provided! After her family refused their cardiologist and insisted on getting a report for the referring doc or a refund, a report was provided at a cost of $500! Question: after paying $35,000 for a test, isn't it expected that the report would be generated AND included in that cost?

The reception team was super helpful , guided me through the insurance process step-by-step. Thanks to the nice ladies at the front desk!

For such an expensive facility, the customer service is disappointing. Doctors/workers display poor attitudes and a lack of sensitivity, which is disheartening, especially for a place meant to handle critical health concerns. However, I must commend Dr. Kendra Lee, Sashar and Amanda for their professionalism and helpfulness--they were the bright spots in an otherwise frustrating experience. Sadly, the same cannot be said for the rest of the staff. If you're seeking care for heart issues, this added stress is the last thing you need. Save yourself the hassle and consider other options.
