Laurie Keustner has been my doctor for several years now. I have peripheral artery disease. Dr. Keustner is a wonderful doctor and surgeon. She may not be as personable as some of my other doctors, but she is tops in her field. She can be a little technical but she will listen to your concerns and make sure you understand everything.
When you wait a MONTH to see the doctor, call ahead to make sure they have the test images, and when you get there, they only talk to you, don't have the images, can't answer your questions, and want to schedule another test for ANOTHER MONTH from "now". Also asking questions, after I'd told the nurse, and they were obviously in my chart I filled out online. No confidence in this place. Go elsewhere. They also didn't remember to fill my blood thinner. Blood clots are not something to mess with. Get it together.
Just saw Laurie Kuestner and was not impressed. Talking above people using technical terms that your patients don't understand and asking questions that are in your patient history do not give people much faith in your diagnosis or lack there of.
