Personally I would pick somewhere else. It took 6 months to have them transfer my records over from Iowa Clinic. In the meantime they wouldn't see me so I went without needed heart meds for a while. The check in process is CRAZY here you stand at the desk and answer questions in front of everyone instead of using a phreasia like every other Dr office I've ever been to. In the meantime, twenty 80 years with canes and walkers line up behind you. Oh and the lady at the reception never actually checked me in so I got to sit there for an hour. Dr Rough kinda acted like he was doing me a huge favor seeing me an hour late, because they forgot about me. Then I got to stand at the reception for another 25 minutes for check out. Oh and every time I tried to call to see if they had my files so I could finally make an appointment, which was 5 or 6 times I had to wait for 20-30 minutes on hold. And when I tried to call to cancel my appointment because guess what, I'm running back to Iowa Clinic as fast as I can... on hold 25 minutes until I hung up and figured out how to join their stupid portal.

This new computer system is just a way for your doctors or there staff to actually get to know the patents. Waited 45 minutes on the phone trying to return their call to me. They tell you while your holding to leave a message on your portal. I tried punching the number that was for doctors and got an answer. So if your a doctor in seams thay will answer the phone but the patents are not important enough to care about. This what I feel is going on with medical care system in our country. I do not recommend. Once you get a test done, no one calls you to discuss the results. They slap it up on MyChart, send you an email and/or text that results are available, good luck figuring it out. They were sent paperwork to fill out for my work and two months later they still haven't sent them in. Not to mention you get charged thirty dollars for this because they use an outside company to do the work. They don't seem to have any trouble getting the bill sent out on time. Avoid this place.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. My mom has been without her heart medication because you can never get anyone on the phone. Literally no one ever answers. The won't even get back with the damn pharmacy. If you want real care and to make sure you get your prescriptions you are supposed to have don't go here!

I've had bad experiences both times coming here same lady saying unwanted opinions. I was pregnant getting a echo the first time she made fun of my sons name the second time I was pregnant again she came in the room even though she wasn't the one that was doing my scan this time she was like yeah she's even more pregnant than last time u think u could come in when your not pregnant. The traveling tech was amazing though. I have no idea what her name was. Two star cuz the traveling tech was amazing
