I have respect for the medical professionals in the building but the customer service or billing team is pathetic. I was charged for a 5 min follow up visit from a previous appointment or test. Never once was i checked out or billed or told I would be billed ever at anytime. 6 months later I get a bill for $40 for the post follow up. They said someone should have told me regarding this but they also said they have a little fine print sign posted near one of the check in desks which allows them to bill me for the visit even if they fail to mention it to me. If there's another option out there besides them I will be using it. Figures though, Looks like Mercy controls them and Mercy has always been a joke
