Super rude / unhelpful staff and long wait times. Frequently reschedule appointments to dates that don't work and then you're out of luck and have to wait four months for another appointment. Definitely getting a referral for a different place in the future. Save yourself a headache and don't go here.

The cardiologist I saw was friendly, if rushed. Just don't be like me and accidentally leave an expensive water bottle in the exam room because you will never see it again.

Was given a "diagnosis" after a 10 minute conversation based on 1 of MANY symptoms. Was prescribed a medication for symptom management, after continually starting I wanted to dig a little deeper and find root cause. Hours AFTER prescribing medication, the provider called me and said she JUST had a chance to look through my chart, and given my medical history, I actually cannot take that medication. That is extremely careless. Getting referrals for 2nd opinions has been extremely difficult and taken many weeks and am still waiting for it to be successful. I have to keep calling/messaging and asking for an update. The care here is very transactional.

Hi!!! Just an update! The receptionist when we went in for a follow up visit for my fiances cardiology test told us there would be no charge for the visit; and then today we got billed $600 dollars for it! This place can rot. My fiance has a very serious heart condition and is constantly brushed off by the staff here. They don't care to listen to him when he has complaints and concerns and just tell him to take tums. They've cancelled his echocardiogram that he needs to have done twice a year without telling him TWO TIMES. If there was another cardiology center in the area that was decent I'd take him there instead. Staff just don't seem to care, which is concerning since they're working at a cardiology center.

So, the entire staff from the providers to nursing and the support staff are kind, professional, and attentive. Great patient care and open to concerns. I cannot imagine being treated for serious cardiac conditions at any other place. If you have any concerns they are immediately addressed.
