Dr. Dua is supposed to be caring for my grandmother, but she doesn't address her health, AT ALL! She did was push the idea that she needs a dog, but not the fact that she just told her about her mobility issues. The fact she can't prepare her own meals. Her hearing had been really bad recently and she didn't even look in her ears for a damn infection or fluid. Blood pressure, throat and ear check, aren't these things routine for every appointment? I think this person needs to reevaluate her occupation or why she does what she does. She's neglecting to actually CARE for her patients. Or at least my grandmother
