My virtual vist with Dr. Kaja was very helpful to me related to my previous medical visit with him and his guidance going forward since my back and hip surgery at UOI during the last 12 months. I have a follow up with him in 12 months since our virtual discussion. This was greatly appreciated since I have a 1 hr. Drive and considering Covet. Dr Caja was really good to me and he told me that I don't needed to go back to get my results, that his nurse was going to call me with results. Today I called and left a message for his nurse: She called me and she was so rude and told that she had already talked me about results in April , she was just so rude, and I told her that my ECHO was in May 31 and she told me that she had already talked and I told her no you haven't. Them she said that she just got the results back about 4 hours ago and she was going to call me. I was still talking to her and she hang up on me. Really rude and unprofessional. Not happy at all.
I have been seeing Dr. Kaja for several months, at first it was over a zoom type program, later after having several tests completed I was seen by Dr. Kaja personally. All is going well at our visits, I do need to listen closely to him speak , I also write down items that I want to ask and that I need to remember. Thank You
So I was asked to start a heart medication and then told I would be seen next in a year. What? So I guess I will find out next year whether the medication is working properly. After sharing my concern with this, I received no response. I intend to find another provider.
He was very kind and professional. Didn't take long to get an appointment and testing done. I would recommend this provider and facility to anyone. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
