Dr. Michael was on call and exhibited unacceptable behavior. His unprofessional and disrespectful demeanor prompted me to terminate the call and contact my mom's family doctor, who subsequently directed her to the emergency room. It is imperative to note that as the doctor on call, it is your responsibility to address patient inquiries. If you are unable to fulfill your duties to a reasonable standard, it may be prudent to reassess your role.
I received the highest quality care from Dr. Pham, and nurses Kayli, Sommer, and Eric the anesthesiologist! I had a cardioversion and they were all an amazing team. I was nervous about the procedure and all of them had gentle senses of humor which lightened the atmosphere. They ALL were extremely professional and provided me with constant communication on what was being done and what would transpire! I cannot recommend all of the highly enough. They all were the best and my cardioversion was a great success in less than 15-minutes plus a couple of hours of recovery time. I went in at 1:00 and they had me headed home by 3:00 PM. Fantastic personnel!
