I went to the express clinic and was sent to the hospital. I had a bladder infection. While at the hospital I told them the express sent a referral to them . They said they didn't get one. The express clinic wanted me to have intravenous antibiotics and a pill for my blood pressure. I saw a doctor and was given.. a pill for bladder infection but nothing for my high blood pressure. Even though they were concerned about it. I give them a zero.

Very happy with all the staff. I recently had my appendix removed. Everyone explained all that needed to happen. The anesthesiologist explained everything he was going to do and why. The surgeon also was on point and explained everything before and afterwards. Very happy with my experience!

My son had a febrile seizure at the age of barely one, then again a month later. Both times the providers, nurses, registration staff were kind, attentive, showed compassion to not only my son but to myself. It was an extremely scary experience but they made sure I knew my son was going to be ok. I'm greatful for the care my son received in both the ER and pediatric clinic.

I could not be more impressed and pleased with the quality of care/ not to mention the amazing staff I have had interaction with over the course of the last few years. Dealing with health issues can be scary and frustrating to be sure but through every test and Dr. visit I was treated like a part of the family. I felt heard and cared about with each office/area/ person I came into contact with. I am so grateful.

I'm proud to call this my hometown hospital. My entire family has used it for decades. Most importantly, quality care has been consistent throughout. From the routine to an emergent surgery that had me from the doctor's office to the operating table in less than an hour, our experiences have been top notch. All of this delivered by a competent and very caring staff. No matter the department, my experiences with the people that make TRMC fantastic have been first class compassion. My same personal doctor for over two decades. Constantly upgrading facilities to bring the most modern care. I'm proud to call TRMC "my medical center"!!
