Of course I would give zero stars if that was an option but...I was working with Dr Hill on getting my right shoulder replaced. I had several appointments with no conclusions except we need another appointment. I was told he wants to create a 3D model of my shoulder when all i needed was a replacement. We had already established it was too far gone. I was waiting and waiting and never heard back. It was roughly a year and i found out Dr Hill quit and no one from PCI reached out to notify me. One of the nurses said they sent out letters, which i did not get, and when i called them out on that, they corrected their story and said, well if you were scheduled for surgery they would have reached out. So I seen the new Dr..Dr Eyberg, very friendly, very confident, looked at the new xrays that PCI made me take even though they have a pile of them already and quickly came to the conclusion, yeah, your shoulder is trash, needs replaced. Once PCI finally reached out to me a few weeks ago, they set the date of Oct 24th, prefect, said i would have 2 other appointments coming, 1 echogram and 1 family Dr. Today (9/24/25) i received a call from PCI and they said, OK, we need $1945.36 before we do this surgery. Nothing said at all prior till today. I said i haven't even received my other appointments yet but here you are worried about your money already. As i posted this on FB, i have all kinds of stories about PCI and their incredibly poor approach to patient services. Someone even said they told her it was going to be $1500 before they would do the surgery, and then credited her back $1400 because they didn't even run it through insurance yet. When i called back, I had $735 left on my FSA, i said you can do a payment plan or just wait couple months because I will have another $3000 loaded onto my card, they flat out said no, we need payment before the procedure. If you can't pay, then we will have to reschedule because they want their money before they fix the problem. I asked about getting any of my money back that was wasted on prior appointments and Xrays and MRIs and all that but it didn't seem like they had an interest in making things right for their absolute garbage service so far!

If I could give zero stars I would. I'm two years behind in my recovery by going here. Dr. Rogers might be one of the worst people I've ever met but is definitely the worst doctor I've seen. Meg Stracuzzi seemed okay but wouldn't listen to me about where my pain was coming from. The front desk people and nurses are the rudest people I've ever had to deal with. If you want to waste time and money definitely go here.

I have had it with there care. Can't keep a good Doctor ever!! It's always want to be docs. Miss Doctor Brooks...since he retired = crap. Newest woman put me in the ER with her new meds. Suffering!!! Yuck

Started going to PCI May of 2023. By December that Dr retired. Sent to another Dr that left shortly after my second visit. Sent to NP. She was pretty good. Today I noticed two more providers were gone. High turnover for providers should be a warning. Early November 2023 I had an accident, injured my knee. Took until mid-January to be seen. Insurance later denied all my visits due to the accident and I'm stuck with over $900 bill all at once. I'm retired, on Social Security and all of a sudden this huge bill hits. They wanted it paid off immediately. I don't have that kind of money. Finance people were pretty nasty and accusatory whenever they "talked" to me. I've been trying to make payments, but over $900 was not in my plans and not easy to pay. This years insurance is different and has been paying most of my bills. Today's appointment would have been paid for. I went to my appointment that I had reminders sent to me several times this week. They called me back to finance office prior to my appointment. Found out they sent me to collections, which they said they wouldn't. Would not let me see provider unless I paid on the collection. I have already paid my bill this month, no more money to give them. I drove an hour for this appointment. Wasted time, and gas to get there, they had sent me reminders to come and couldn't give me the courtesy to call and talk to me before I drove there. "That's not my responsibility." Maybe not, I don't know, but simple consideration, I guess was too much for them. Pretty upset they would treat anyone this way, let alone a retired person who lives an hour away.

They cancelled my appointment 3 hours beforehand after I had already scheduled a day off from work. Then they go on to claim I was a "no show" and because of that have "dismissed" me as a patient and I can no longer be seen here. The reviews don't lie. Go elsewhere.
